Recommend a workout

I'm on the 2nd month of insanity, one week 2.

I've lost 11 lbs since I started.. I weight 206.. and now I weigh 185.
Things are going well.. but the 2nd month is kicking my tail because of the length of the workouts.
I'm a dad, a film maker, an actor, an employee, and I play for a band.... so my time is limited. These hour long workouts in month 2 are starting to become harder to complete. I've actually stopped right now because I'm just too busy.

I'm maintaining my weight right now, because I'm still eating pretty well.

I'm gonna finish out insanity, but I need something else to start that I can do in shorter spans of time that will give me close to the same amount of benefit. I was going to do p90x but it seems to be even worse.
