Hi all!

I'm not new to the whole weight loss thing, but I am new to MFP. I'm 25 (soon) and looking to lose a fair bit of weight. My main goal is 45kgs (100lbs), and then a few more pounds after that to bring me to my magical goal weight.

After I had my first son I developed anxiety and OCD, and pretty much never left the house. When I got pregnant again I was on bed rest for half my pregnancy and gained a lot of weight because I was depressed. In the 4 years since then I've managed to gain 10 more kilos!!

So, I decided that now is the time to change. I've pulled my socks up and set on my way to a hopefully healthier, smaller, more comfortable me (one that might actually be around long enough to see my kids succeed with their lives!)

    Hope you hit your goal GL... it's been helping me a bit.
    1.Find your DFI daily food intake
    2.Log in your daily meals
    3. Eat the required and lose weight ;)
