Aagh need a rant to save my sanity!

Up until last September I'd lost 116lbs. Had surgery on my foot which hasn't solved the problem, so it's been a long time with no 'real' exercise.

Had a couple of holidays, and I was pleased that I'd only gained 7lbs - in the past I'd have put all my weight back on and more by now, but I hit a plateau a couple of months ago and I cannot shift anything now.

I've started back walking and aqua, with some recumbent cycling, mainly cardio work, and I've adjusted my profile for a few less calories. Been really good this week and had my fingers crossed for some weight loss, wasn't expecting tons but something.

Got on the scales this morning..... NOT AN OUNCE!!

In the past this would have been enough for me to give up but I shall persevere; I've come too far to give up, but I am so fed up right now.
