Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor

Hi buddies,


I just bought a Polar heart monitor, trying to figure it out. Do you know if it syncs or is compatible with myfitnesspal? Or do you have to manually input the information? I would love your help thank you :)

    You can input the data on other websites that sync back to MFP (check the Apps tab for compatible sites).
    I don't think the watch itself syncs with anything without the Polar Flowlink accessory (buy separately).

    I have an FT40 and always put in my heart rate and cals manually on sites like Runkeeper (cals and heart) or MFP (cals only)

    I put in cals here manually (syncs with FitBit and adjusts their all day stats accordingly).
    I bought the Polar Flow-Link - bit fidgety with my PC but makes life SO much easier to bring the details in!
