Fitbit versus HRM

Hi,
I've been using an HRM for a few years not to track my calories, and also to make sure I don't go overboard with some of the more intense cardio exercises I do. But in term of counting calories burnt, which is the most accurate? an HRM or a FitBit?
Thanks.
