If you calculated your TDEE including your exercise, then NO.0

Don't, as your exercise is taken into account in your tdee, or at least it should be. If you underestimated your activity level when calculating your tree, you should do it accurately.0

I was advised by my PT not to eat my exercise calories back hope this helps0

No, you don't0

If you used MFP correctly to set up your calories...YES
If you did it by calculating your TDEE including exercise...NO0 -
No. But you may need to adjust your TDEE over time, every 5-10lbs of weight you lose.0

If you've used your TDEE as the basis for working out your daily allowance, then your exercise calories are already in there, you don't have to eat them again.0
