Half a cup of Kashi original cereal. Mix 1 serving of PB2 powder. Then add a little water to create the peanut butter that holds it together. Put in freezer. Eat.

    115 calories, 20 carbs, 2 fat, 12 protein, 8 fiber.

    Can't beat those macros.
^^^This^^^ but add a scoop of Optimum Nutrition Whey Isolate Chocolate...
235 calories, 36 grams of protein, 23 grams of carbs, 8 grams of fiber, 4 grams of fat. Forget about Reese's these rock! They are also obviously great for you!

My new favorite bars are the uber bars by larabars. They have simple ingredients like nuts fruit honey and sea salt. Really satisfying too

Quest here too. I love the coconut cashew one. Liked the vanilla almond but I think it has more calories... Haven't tried the cookie dough one yet though. I didn't like a few of them though (apple pie, strawberry cheesecake, lemon pie).

I did a lot of research on this. I have additional criteria: I can't eat gluten/dairy and I was trying to be low fat too. Here are my top choices:

Simply Bar (many flavors): 160 calories, 16g protein, 3g fat, 16g carb, 4g fiber, 3g sugar
Odwalla Chocolate Peanut Butter: 200 cal, 12g protein, 6g fat, 26g carbs, 2g fiber, 17g sugar
Purefit Chocolate Brownie: 210 cal, 18g protein, 6g fat, 25g carbs, 4g fiber, 13g sugar

As you can see, the Simply Bar stands out for being so low calorie/fat/sugar/carbs for so much protein. I have them on auto-order through Amazon. :flowerforyou:

Anywhere to get the Simply bars locally to try?
