i have been having trouble losing weight but i have gone from 238 all the way to 209 and i went down 1 size in my jeans i am so happy and it was because of my fitness pal , you guys are the best . thank you

    Congratulations ((((PMV1:flowerforyou: ))))))))).....that is a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge accomplishment and as time goes on, you will be getting into the next smaller sized pair of jeans.....I am so happy for you.....you keep on trekking forward......one pound at a time......hugsssssssss Linda:heart:
