Just few simple question

Hi, I am a 23 years old girl who has started with this programme few weeks ago, I am doing more or less fine, just need to loose 7 pounds that i won when i quit smoking few months ago, i lost 18 pounds two years ago and i have keep like that. I just want to know if it works to have a n average of weekly calories instead of the daily ones. I go gym 3 to 4 times a week and each time i burn arround 500 calls, so for me is difficult to eat again all of those but also a bit difficult eat just 1450 other days, i think my average would be 1600 cals a day. what do u suggest? i eat very often due to my mediterranean diet, i am spanish and love vegs, fruit and fresh meat and fish. i am 5'9'' and 143 pounds, not looking to loose a lot just 2 or 3 more pounds but would like to tone up a bit more.
Other of my concerns is my bf, he is trying to lose 20 pounds, but has had eating problems for long years so is not confortable eating a lot, even he does 2h 4 times a week of heavy weights he doesnt eat more than 1400 cals a day, but he has been putting on weight....any answer?

    Your boyfriend is undereating, for one. And his weight gain may be due to noob gains.

    i know he undereats but for someone that has been eating one meal a day and now has breakfast lunch and dinner i think is a good approach, he binge drinks on the weeknds sometimes so it can be due to that...but then who doesnt do that !!lol
