Anyone done these at their gym? I just did one today- it was 30 mins at 85-90% of your max HR. I used my HR monitor and really pushed myself. I feel great. I actually wanted to keep going when it was over. The instructor said your only supposed to do them once a month??

Once a month - that I believe. I did a similar DVD using a cycle trainer at home two weeks ago, tried the same DVD last night and had to stop because I hit a glycogen wall. Spent the next day carb loading to feel better!0
