Hey all! I'm stuck at a standstill dropping and gaining the same 3 lbs over and over. I decided to switch my workouts from high intensity weights 3x a week and running 2 miles a day to running 3-4 miles a day and the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I'm also pondering changing my macronutrient goals to lower carbs and sugar for a week or two to jolt my metabolism?
I'm thinking if I set my goal to about 100g carbs for a week or two then move it back up slowly to a reasonable amount I shouldn't have a problem really? Let me know what you all think! Thanks!

I definitely think it's a great idea to lower your carbs , it works!! I keep mine within a range of 25-100 carbs per day and it has helped me a lot. Good work !!0
