So my endocrinologist told me that we are all more "insulin resistant" in the morning. That means that it's better to save your carbs (if you count them) for later in the day.

My endo told me the same thing. I am on insuin (type 1 diabetic) and I have a higher basal (carb to insulin) ratio from midnight to 10 AM then I do the rest of the day.0
