I've been using MFP for several weeks but never got around to the community forums until now....hi! I'm Sarah, 19, and aiming to lose about 40% of my original body weight (oof). I'm already down about 26 pounds from my peak weight of 249 (I panicked a little at the prospect of reaching 250) and I could definitely use some motivation to keep me going! Feel free to add me and we can get through this journey together.

Also: I haven't had a chance to meet anyone on this site yet, but I just want to be a cheeseball and say I'm already super proud of all of you. Whether you've lost one pound or a hundred, you're here and making a solid effort to improve your life. How awesome is that? Keep it up! :)

(Aand now I'm off to do my daily cardio workout, woo hoo)

    Hello, I just started this week on here, but have lost 15 pounds since the birth of my little girl, 8 months ago! First, I can't believe it has been 8 months. My little one is getting so big and doing so many things it is crazy! But I am also ready to get serious about my weightloss. I started at 238 lbs, but looking at how much left makes me nervous...eeek!!

    Congrats on the 26 pounds down. That is AWESOME!!!
