    10.7miles done. A bit of a slow start to the month thanks to also starting the 30 day shred and being barley able to move for three days this week. However, am lossened up again now and just ran 3miles non-stop - the first time in months so feeling a bit chuffed :-)

    OK 9.7 Miles today - Walk/Run for 1 whole hour earlier and a lot of extra walks!

    I will hit 50 tomorrow or Tuesday. Still have my goal of 75 in sight!
