Hi there, this is my first week , I have a few wonderful new MFP friends but looking for a few more to keep me focused and motivated as I will do to you.
I'm 47, 5'9" and my first weigh in was today - I started on 92.3kg (203 lbs.7oz) losing 3.2kg today (196.4lbs).
I have joined the 40/50 groups set up by the wonderful Gerry and Ladies who Lunch by AliceNov2011 and would love to have some new MFP friends who are awake when I am ..... I know that could be anywhere in the world as if some of you are like me, I'm a bit of a night owl and up with the birds :yawn:
It would be great to have a few more people to share this journey with.
