Little bit of a background
I delivered my 4th child on January 13th 2012, at the time of deliverly i weighed in at 187. By the time Briella had reached 7 months old i was down to a size 8 and weighing in at 141.I went through a difficult time and gained back 29 lbs.So far I've lost 8 lbs and have 21 to be back where i was...

My Fitness goals
Be back at 141 and maybe lose another 5-10 lbs but i'd be happy to just be at that again

Tone up- right now I've been walking, running ( when my knee doesn't give out ) doing a mix of Squats,Planks and Reverse crunches )

I really really want to run a 5k

Looking for friends with similar goals ! Also If anyone has any advice when it comes to my knee .
One day i had bent down after vaccuming to rewind the cord. I started to stand up I could feel my knee twisting i had to get help up the rest of the way.Then there was a pop and i had to elevate my knee and ice it.I feel the twisting feeling alot when i'm doing things
