I made these based on some recipes found on pinterest, A little higher in cals but full of good fats and protein
1 med banana
1/2 cup of sweetener of choice i used equal stevia
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter (i used crunchy)
1 whole egg
1-2 table spoons of almond meal
1/4 cup of choc chips
I made mine into 8 cookies but next time i would do 12 if not more, The mixture is werid and sticky so use a teaspoon.
mine came to Per Serving: cal 239 carbs 16 fat 15 protein 8 fiber 2 sugar 5
