If you're looking for friends to motivate and help you stay motivated, send me a FR. I will be on every day logging both exercise and food. I'm happy to help, motivate, share the fight it is to take the weight off and get in shape. I am currently using P90X but this is a marathon, not a sprint and this is just one step in the journey to live healthy...but a support network really helps.

Hi, Welcome to MFP. I am on here alot to keep myself motivated to reach my goal of getting to 150lbs I have 17 lbs to go and I am so motivated. Friend request sent. I don't log my food but I log my exercise. The more support the better.0
