How long to see gains from the 30DS?

I think my mind must be playing tricks on me... I started the 30DS on Tuesday and have had one rest day (yesterday as I was so tired by the end of a busy day) but already I think I can see my stomach starting to get flatter. My legs don't seem touched as of yet and my arms have always been pretty muscley for someone who doesn't lift weights so they're not really showing it yet either.

Am I delusional? Lol

    You're not at all delusional! I started noticing a difference in the first week. :)

    I'm on Level 2 Day 6. I do't necessarily see the difference(except for my triceps, they always tend to swell up somewhow) but I can definitely feel a little tighter. And I thought I was delusional too when I noticed that my thighs seem to touch a little less! Keep up the awesome work and I'm sure we'll get there!
