HI i have no idea how much protein carbs fat etc i should be eating to lose weight steadily with my exercise and calorie counting can any one advise?
Height 5ft 7 weight 158lb goal 126 lbs bmr is around 1550 TDEE with light exercise comes out at around 2150 i am eating 1680
