Hello everyone, I'm new to this whole diet and exercise thing, so would love to get involved with this site properly and share the motivation!
I started dieting last week and after weighing myself today I found that I'd lost 7 pounds, that's not very normal is it?
Anyway please add me if you want a motivation buddy!

Well a 7lb loss is obviously a good way to start! I think (from some reading on the forums I've been doing) that it is probably water weight and you wont see a loss that big every week. Still though, congrats on the initial loss, it's good motivation to keep going.0
