I use lime instead of lemon juice though and prefer ground cumin to the seeds in this recipe. I serve it warm w a side of brown rice and usu a salad. Everyone and i mean every1 loves this meal. It just screams summer to me. Oh, I omit the Epazote ...dunno what that is.0 -
1# boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tbl cornstarch
1 Tbl soy sauce
1/2 Tbl sesame seed oil
1/2 Tbl peanut or canola oil
1 Red Onion, chopped
1 Tbl grated or minces fresh ginger
2 Cup brocolli
1 Mango, peeled & chopped
1 TBL Huy Fong chilli garlic sauce
Combine chicken, corn starch soy sauce & sesame oil in a bowl and sit 10 min
In wok, heat canola oil, add onion & ginger and cook until onion translucent; add veg & cook 1 min; add chicken & marinade until brown - about 2 min; add mango, chilli garlic sauce - cook until chicken done
Serve over brown rice
