It's been a long time! In February 2011, I joined MFP and lost 30 lbs and 4 pant sizes going from 147 pounds to 117, and a size 12 to a size 4! Later that year I became pregant with our second child, but continued logging food and staying active. The last two months of the pregnancy I had to stop working out because of early labor scares, and I stopped logging my food around the same time. After our son was born, it was hard to get back on track, especially since most of the weight fell off naturally. Unforntunately, I know that I'm not as healthy even though I'm not overweight. I want to get in shape, tone up, and eat right. I'm finding out that it's so hard to do with two little ones, but I'm going to do my best. I feel like I need even more support and encouragement than before, so if you want to join me on this journey back to health, I could really use it!
