Hey, getting back into this!

I'm starting up again and need motivation to lose weight, I'm currently around 20% bodyfat and want to drop down to a healthy 12%ish with a sensible amount of muscle left.

I'll be very active the next 3 months or so! And I'm looking for people to add as a friend on this site!

My main process of losing weight will be weight training, diet and a little bit of cardio.

Any tips are welcome!

    I am also in the process of starting back into a fitness program. My goal is to lose weight & tone, & I am doing the Insanity workout as well as running a few days a week. I am working on becoming totally immersed in the lifestyle & as motivated as those who have had success before me!
    I only have 2 friends through this site, both ladies I have known for a very long time. I would love to branch out & meet new people!
