                    I am so jealous of all the people on here that have a really good looking back, dang you all!
I spend most of my day hunched over my computer at work and am getting really `round shouldered`
I have moved my monitor back, lowered my chair so I have to look up more..but it isn`t helping much.
Any advice...I am sat at the computer around 6 or 7 hours a day if not more.

            My chiro said to put a sticky over the clock on your monitor. Every time you look at the time, you'll be reminded to adjust your posture.0

            I can be a terrible sloucher at my desk, but since I've started doing more upper-body weight exercises, and even more importantly, core exercises, my posture is a million times better, and I don't get lower back pain like I used to

That`s a good idea, every so often I do the think you have a piece of string pulling your head up tall, but I forget a lot and slump again! I have some `stciky notes` right here and will do it now!!0 -
