OK HERE I AM BACK AT IT

Oh man! I did so well I have lost 70 lbs total, however I had at one point been down almost 80! It is kinda depressing realizing what wintertime + thinking you are invincible to regaining the weight can do this to you, however I was so excited to wear a bikini this summer for the first time in my life! I can wear one now but I would like to look like a million bucks! I turn 30 this year and I know things are getting harder with my metabolism and such. I am back on it today is my second day of logging again! It is just as hard to restart as it was to start All the more reason to put my nose to the grindstone and get 'er done! I can totally do this riiiiiiiiiiiight! Anyhow I just wanted to say hello all to my mfp friends and that this is the best website that ever existed! good luck to all of you and to me too!!!!
