New to the message boards

Hey there,
I'm one of those people who've used the app for a while but never the message boards.
I'm 49 years old, live in Melbourne, Australia with my husband and two teenage sons and have decided to work toward a "fit and fabulous 50". I want to lose about 60 pounds - I've lost 9 so far, and am feeling great for having done that.
My exercise of choice is the stationery bike - I try to ride for an hour, five days a week. Once I'm significantly lighter, I'd like to take up running - I used to do that a bit when I was younger and loved it.
Anyway, that's me. I'm looking forward to getting acquainted with some folks here for mutual motivation!
