I have a 1-pack! I know it is not the highly sought after 6 or 8 pack, but it it a visible muscle on my abdomin. I am going to name it Tiny Tim. Can't wait to meet the rest of the gang.

    I call the muscle on my stomach the Phantom Menace because it feels completely unnecessary and mostly useless.
