Just 4 days in going over on fat intake

So I am just a few days in and i am pretty consistently going over my fat intake. But it's in foods like Avocado and Coconut cooking oil.

My personal issue with food is not eating enough calories so I do need to eat high calorie healthy natural foods. Would you worry about this?

Also when I notice that I am far off my calorie goal the easy to grab items, like fresh fruit often will push me over the Sugar grams.

Any thoughts.

You can reset the ratios of carbs to protein to fat and see if that helps. As long as you're in your calories and not eating loads and loads of fat everyday, you'll be k.

As long as you eat enough protein (ideally 1g per pound of lean body mass but 1g per kg of body weight is acceptable) being over on fat is fine. Fats and protein should be viewed as minimum values so it's fine to go over. Carbs are unnecessary so you don't have to worry about eating enough. Some people do low carb, some people find their exercise suffers if they keep carbs to low, do what works for you.
