Subway Meatball Marinara Sub

I tried half of a 6 inch sub from a friend, it contained:
- 9 grain wheat bread
- meatballs with marinara sauce
- extra monterey cheddar
- hot sauce which looked like a tablespoon and a half worth.
Now I'm not sure how much calories is that since the site is throwing me off with the amount of calories the marinara sandwich has but it's uncertain with the kind of bread so and so is using on the nutritional information on the Subway website...
Can someone please help me out with this?
Thanks in advance.

Did you look o Subway's site? They provide info. Also, unless it's flatbread or maybe the cheesy bread, it's all probably fairly similar.0

I did! :ohwell: But it was sadly confusing to me with this link:
http://www.subway.com/Nutrition/Files/CanNutritionValues.pdf
http://www.subway.com/nutrition/nutritionlist.ASPX?COUNTRYCODE=CAN&LANGUAGECODE=ENG&id=sandwich
So I ended up using this:
http://www.nutritionix.com/subway/nutrition-calculator0 -
go to the subway website and build it yourself.0

google "subway sandwich calculator", it will ask you for capcha to verify you are not computer and than you can put all the ingredients in and find out exact nutrition in your sandwich.0

Click on the sandwich on the subway website and "build it yourself", this calculates the calories in what you had. I do this all the time to make sure I have the right amount of calories logged in, hope this helped!0

Just guessing ---. somewhere between 500-600 cals in a meatball 6" w/ extra cheese.
The meatball is one of Subways more calorie dense subs.0 -
Use the subway.ca website, it's better than subway.com for nutriton0
