First Week and So Happy!

:wink: I love this app! Just finished my first full week and have lost 4.6 pounds! Woo hoo! I'm SOOO excited!!! I love that I can figure out what I can have for dinner based on my calorie count so far... I've learned what to have for breakfast and lunch pretty much so that dinner won't have to be a salad. I like to cook and enjoy dinner with my family. Made a great Mexican Chicken Casserole last night that was great. Let me know if you'd like the recipe. It was only 388 calories a serving.
