Anyone else doing this here? I'm getting kind of peeved that the apps that will get me Vitality Points won't link to here. Not that big a deal, I guess, I can enter it manually, but still. :-/

Another thing that I'm rather helpless on is that I have a Polar ft4 HRM watch. And of course it is NOT linked to the internet. GAH!! So...until I save enough $$ for an HRM that is able to link to the net, my 200 calories burned will HAVE to be from walks/ runs because that's what the approved apps moniter. I have an iPhone with the Nike + Running app to record this to link to the Humana Vitality site.

I do most of my workouts at home in my basement gym with DVD's. I can burn thru 200 calories easily, but until I get an HRM that is net linked, I'm screwed. Lol...

I'm a member of Humana Vitality. My Fitbit is linked but I don't need anymore Vitality Points for now. I made it to platinum in just 6 months by setting goals to slowly lose weight, lower my blood pressure, and lower my cholesterol. I now save 50% on "healthy for you" foods like fresh produce, lean meats, low fat dairy, oatmeal, and healthy canned items at Walmart with their Vitality shopping card. I bought a Fitbit Alta in their vitality mall for $50 less than the lowest Amazon price.

When I linked my first hand-me-down Fitbit to Humana, it didn't have a HRM but still tracked the steps and I earned vitality points. Hopefully you can find a good deal on a net linked, Humana approved fitness tracker.
