Hi, i'm new to this site, and I'm already impressed by it. I have been scanning tons of foods, left and right! lol Please feel free to add me as a buddy :) I have been into fitness as a whole since 16 years of age, now double that haha, and have had my ups and downs just like everyone else. Things I am into are kettlebells, gymnastic rings, kickboxing in my garage, running, walking, eating healthy and delicious foods, with the occasional beer thrown in there. Nothing like a cold beer after a long run and sitting in the sun!
