How do you count your work?

I have my life style set to pretty sedentary because I never know what I am going to be doing and on my days off I am usually sitting doing homework or playing with my children. My job however is in a kitchen I work 3-5 days a week and that means 6-10 hour stints of cooking. No sitting, not down time. It is go, go, go, lift, slice, bake, go. So, my question is do I count the entire time I am at work or do I just count a few hours?

I would say that you, overall, are at the very least "lightly active" category, probably higher.0

I would probably call that moderately active.0
