Bad in what way? Do you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients?

Nah! I mean like additive wise..like anything unhealthy about drinking it consistently
  • Not bad per se; however, not great either. I think the main ingredient is sucralose right?
Personally, I have gotten to where I only use stevia if I use a sweetener. That is just me though, better to add one of those and get the necessary water to keep all of your organs healthy than to not drink enough water! My personal opinion at least. :)

It probably does lol. I think I'll try out stevia. I've heard a lot that it's like way better for you anyway :)

It's the only way I can drink water....opinions will vary here. Do what you feel is best for you.

I recommend flavouring with a fruity tea, and some lemon. Sweeten if you have to.

What kind of flavor drops do you prefer airangel?

!and that sounds good. Have you ever tried the apple and cinnamon water? I heard it was awesome
  • Yeah I personally have recently starting using stevia more often. That said stevia can be quite sweet, thus I bought a hazelnut flavoured stevia liquid extract and a drop in my coffee is enough. I think I have had the small bottle for over a month and still have plenty left!
For water though, I would recommend getting some lemon juice or lime juice (I think I bought one bottle of each for like $2 at Walmart). A couple drops of those will be a lot healthier and in my opinion just as tasty. I personally love water (strange I know), thus don't mind drinking it straight!

Wish I could drink plain water. Just can't get enough in without feeling kinda nauseous. I use a tiny squirt of Mio in my water bottle and can easily get 8-10 glasses in every day. I'm sure the artificial sweeteners and flavorings aren't good for us. But I figure that it's more important to me to get my water in so I can get the excess weight that is "definitely" causing me immediate health issues.

if you're adding in a processed, manufactured product then yes - it is not going to be good for you.

artificial sweeteners are known to contribute to a range of health problems including simple things like cramps and bloating to IBS and cancer.

I used to dislike water too but I just sucked it up and started drinking it straight - now I drink about 3 litres a day! (1.5x recommended).

If you really have to change the flavour try some fresh fruit, lemon, anything FRESH and REAL, not some processed junk.

Oh I do sometimes! I actually have some really good natural honey (not the fake artificial junk!) I also sometimes, just put a little almond milk and other times drink it black! :)

Another thing you could add would be a little bit of Apple Cider Vinegar (very sweet taste); however, it really seems to help cleanse your skin. Also increasing the amount of fruits and veggies you eat will be another way to get more water in your system, without the "taste." Examples are celery and cucumbers, which are really low calorie choices and mainly water! :)

100% yes for me haha. I don't like it in water, but I add it to plain Greek yogurt b/c I don't like the bitter taste, and I feel like it's better than the syrupy pre-made cups.

I know there are some brands of sticks that use stevia... I just can't remember them right now. I honestly struggle with water. I add sticks somedays (I've gotten to the point I can put one stick (for 16-20oz) in a 32-oz bottle) and somedays herbal tea and somedays I just chug the water and gag over it later. LOL And I put citrus fruit or berries or a splash of 100% juice (like cranberry, tart cherry or pomegranate) in my water when ever I can.
