I have changed my eating habits and for the first time, I actually noticed it.

I can have 12 goldfish for a few weight watchers points and I planned on having 24. I not only counted them out and tracked the points before I ate them but, I actually found myself counting in my head each piece that I was eating. Also, I used to put handfuls of goldfish in my mouth but, tonight- I put one in at a time, I sucked it and chewed it slowly and it took me 20 minutes to eat 24 goldfish. :)

I am very proud and thought that I would share!
