I'm currently in the process of changing my lifestyle to be more healthy. I have had some success. I've lost about 40 pounds and my eating habits are way better than they were. Here is my problem, I'm still pretty flabby. Its kind of embarrassing to admit but I'm just not toning up anywhere. I'm losing weight but still seem really flabby. Can someone please help me by giving me ideas and exercises for toning? I'm at a loss and I'm starting to get a bit frustrated.

Lifting weights is the only thing that will help you. Lift as heavy as you can. :flowerforyou: Good luck

If you want bigger muscles you need to lift. If you want more visible muscles you need to lose weight. There is no "toned."0

One Word: TABATA . I only work out 4 minutes a day and I eat well. I decreased by body fat significantly and have seen much better results than when I did 30+ cardio/day and lifted for more that 30+ min/day. Tabata creates a strong core with exponential benefits!0
