My fiance and I have been thinking about trying that for a while, and I know there is healthy food choices I can make there...what would be some of your recommendations? :)

I went to a Thai place the other day for lunch. I had an order of 2 tofu spring rolls and a cup of hot & sour tofu soup.
  • Pretty much all kinds of sushi ( salmon and avocado particularly) , raw fish sashimi and "miso soup"( trust me, it's so gonna worth it ). If you are not into "low-carb", you can order some "ramen". I'm so hungry just listing all the foods lol You can also try their wonderful green tea. Jap cuisine is one of the healthiest :) Enjoy your night out :)

Miso soup, Sashimi (I like salmon best), nigiri sushi (piece of fish on rice), Kappa (cucumber) roll, Terriyaki chicken isn't too bad if the portion is not huge and served on bean sprouts. If you want to stay low cal, I'd stay away from tempura and rolls with tempura or mayo in them (dynamite and california rolls, etc).

    Enjoy!
