Lean Pigs in a Blanket!

Okay, so I'm in my last week of Chalean extreme and FINALLY opened up the food guide and made something...

Her recipe calls for:
1/2 of 6 in whole wheat low carb tortilla ( 60 cals for full tortilla, 30 for half)
1/2 turkey dog
1 tbsp yellow mustard
toothpicks
non stick cooking spray

Calories: 93

What I used:
1/2 Ball Park Smoked White Turkey Franks (full dog 45 cals. half 22.5 cals
1/2 Tumaro's Gourmet Tortilla Multi-Grain ( whole 60 cals, half 30 cals....my grocery store did not have whole wheat so found something with the same cals.)
1 tbsp Meijer Organic yellow mustard ( 0 cals, 55 g sodium)

Calories: 52.5!!!!!!!!!!!

I made it with 40 calories less than Chalene Johnson's recipe!!!!!!...here's the cooking instructions...

Spread the mustard of the tortilla and roll turkey dog in tortilla. Secure turkey dog in tortilla with toothpick, spray lightly with non stick cooking spary and cook at 325 degrees for about 12 to 15 min or until tortilla is light and crisp.

Let me tell you, I'm not a fan of mustard at all but this was amazing. The organic mustard was not as, what do i want to say....tangy as regular mustard so I think that's why I liked it. It's quick and easy and i think it would make an awesome healthy party snack!!!
