i have a lot of nsvs (THEY ARE MY FAVORITE)
but this one was the best so far.

I RAN up the stairs, i was out of breathe for like 3 seconds but after that i was fine
7 months ago, i was dying to even walk up 5 steps and now i can RAN up those damn stairs!!!

That's super! There is a hill outside of our pool that we swim at. At first I walked around it. Now I take it at a run.
