I bought the book years ago . . . but then I read that I was supposed to have wine instead of whisky. Yea, that just don't work for me.0

I'm all for alternative lifestyles and diets, as long as they're healthy, but when a friend showed me this book, and I started reading up on it, I thought it was ludicrous. It's like designing a diet for people who have wet ear wax versus dry ear wax, or people who have no moles, less than 10 moles, and greater than 10; or dietary guidelines for people based on their eye color. :noway: If there is anyone on here following the Blood Type Diet and feels it is helping them, than great. I just can't see a scientific justification for any of it. My theory is eat healthy and work out, and your body will respond.0
