need help

hello all I just wanted to say that I haven't worked out in about two weeks. I am still eating healthy. Eating small portions. 5 times a day. I have this pinch nerve from thursday. I worked out with billiy blanks and when I was done I felt it. then the next day my left leg was feeling weird Like I had a pinch nerve. then it stopped and I worked out again and the same day I felt it on my leg. all the back part of my leg. The only thing I can do is just walk for about 30 minutes. I just still want motivaters to help me not to quit. Which I Know I won't cause I have plans for the summer.
