Cracker Barrel

I took the family to Cracker Barrel this morning and had my favorite the hash brown casserole. I was slightly worried about calories, but according to the MFP database a 7oz serving is only 155 calories. That seems low to me. Does anyone have an idea how accurate that is?

I haven't been to CB in ages as I find their food nearly inedible, but if I remember correctly they sell the hashbrown casserole as a to-go side thing as well as serving it as an entree. The 155 calorie one is certainly the former, not the latter.
I'd peg the entree at 400-500 calories.0 -
Their website might have nutrition information. I would look there.0

Unfortunately, their website doesn't provide nutrition info. But 155 sounds way too low.

I think I am going to play it safe and double the serving size. 300 + seems more accurate. I don't usually log on Sunday's anyways so it's not a huge deal. It was delicious, though. I should have ate more of it.0
