My body fat came back way high (DXA)

30%. My BIA scale and measurements put me at 23-24%. I was expecting DXA to come back higher, but not by that much! I haven't exercised in months. I know I need to start again with resistance training. I was doing it before. I'm definitely not into cardio. I'm already a size 2/4 and 112 lbs. I just can't imagine being that much lower or smaller (I'm 36 years old!) but I need to lose at least 6%.
