Im on day 4 level 1 and my muscles are so sore! I read that you should take 1 break day so I was going to do day 5 as a break. But will I get results if I take a break or should I keep going? Also would it be a better idea to take today as my break day since my shoulders and quads are killing me?

Listen to your body. If its sore and you can't face the next workout take a break.0

I'm on day 2 of level 3. I've been taking a break once a week. I usually just make my rest day my busiest day of the week, but do what your body is telling you. Don't overdo it, & enjoy the shred. I'm really kicking myself for not taking before pics, because I'm starting to see real changes now!0

Take a break! I understand your pain. I stared 30 DS after long period of not doing any exercise and I could barely walk around day 3. The good news is that once you get through this soreness though, no more sore muscles till the end of the program!
In general, it's okay to take 1 or 2 days off in a week, it won't significantly affect your results. I would aim for only 1 day off, but I agree that you should listen to your body. If you feel exhausted with the workouts go ahead and take 2 days off in a week and don't feel guilty. It's better to workout 5 times a week than to wear yourself out and quit

I have just finished day 10 of level 2. I feel it most days, but can still do it. That's my rule, if I CAN do it, I do it. And you can always modify moves while you get used to it. I give it my best for the 20 minutes on the basis that it's only 20 minutes.
I didn't take before pics, but my body shape has changed for the better - and in a way that no other exercise programme has done. SO it might just be worth feeling the pain.
Gawd, I'm turning into Jillian.0 -
Heh, I started 30DS today, I did all exercises properly, except push ups (I did female push ups and cheat, shame on me), but there is no pain in muscles at all, and I'm little confused about that. Only, my pain is in foot's. It's killing me, when I'm doing jumping jacks. Also, my puls is going crazy, and I'm really sweating, but no pain. That's really confusing me, because my condition is like no-condition, and I have 100 kg.
(sorry because my English is terrible, I'm still learning it)0
