30D Shred - Anita or Natalie?

Who do you follow? I got thru in 30 days straight by following Anita. I'm 63 & had not exercised extensively before I started. Just getting up off the floor to start a new exercise was a challenge. :smile: I didn't get the dramatic results as some but my clothes are definitely fitting better. Most notably is the disappearance of back fat. I would have preferred to get rid of the tummy fat but I'll take what I can get at this point.

    I use 30DS in rotation with other Jillian workouts, so I have only been doing that particular workout once or twice a week rather than 30 days straight. I started in January in pretty poor shape and followed Anita. I couldn't even make it through 30 minutes a first, and had to take breaks between circuits. Now, four months later, I'm still making improvements but follow Natalie on most exercises and don't have any trouble making it through without a break.

    Congratulations on your progress so far! I also wish my belly fat would disappear faster. My results have also not been as dramatic as some success stories I've read, but I am still seeing results from month to month. I've lost .5" off my belly every month so far since January. Eventually the losses will start adding up with patience and perseverance.
