What to do when you reach your target weight

My original target weight was 200 lbs (started at 254 lbs and 39% BF). Got there and was happy enough, but my BF% was still 22%. So I set a new goal of 185 lbs. Weighed in at 185.6 lbs this morning. I look a lot better and I'm happy, but my BF% is still 17%.
But here's my quandary: I am still losing fat fairly consistently and wouldn't mind seeing where this current loss ends up. I could target 175 lbs while maintaining my LBM at 156 lbs and that would put me at 11% BF. That might look nice. Or I could stop at 185 lbs, up my calories and start a very heavy lift program to build muscle and get to 11% BF that way.
Never been in this situation before. I have been cutting for so long I don't know what maintenance is. So I welcome your thoughts.
