new here just need some advice on the food tracker...

When it shows red ...that does mean you have gone over in a certain area on the break down on your foods... correct???

    Yep, red is "in the red," i.e., over budget. Green shows you had less than the allowable amount of something. At the end of the day I want my sugar and carb values to be in the green range, but don't mind having my protein be in the red range.

    You can change you're macros if the red bothers you in, goals, change goals, custom. :)

    New to this...so I think I will keep it... to make me watch what happens & what I may need to work on...it was in the red under the sugars...b/c of fruits....
