    #2.. sure. Regulate it like alcohol, and let people grow their own like we can brew beer for personal use. Its pretty harmless and only a "gateway drug" for those who would have those tendancies with anything.

    mmmm is it okay to do your survey in a forum? i took stats a while ago but i remember there has to be certain guidelines to the population you survey and how you do the survey.
