How much should I be eating with exercising

Hiya! I started my weight loss about 3 months ago but I am still a bit unsure of how much I need to be eating daily. In late January I got a body analysis done and was sadden by the results (but I knew they wouldn't be good). At 5'2" I weighed 159 lbs, and a body fact percentage of 42.8 % :noway: and a BMR of 1261. I really started to watch what I ate and went on the gazelle for 30 minutes a day, but had to stop because of blisters, but I lost about 10 pounds in 2 months.

On April 1st I started Insanity and proud to say that I have completed month 1, but I haven't lost a pound. I am a bit sad that I haven't lost any weight, but I have gone down a jean size. On the intense days of Insanity I burn about 600 calories (5 days a week) and about 250 on the recovery day (once a week). I try to eat about 1700 calories a day and 100 g of protein. Most days I end up eating about 1600, but still eat 100 g of protein. Do I need to eat more, less, or the same? Next week I'm starting month 2, which has longer workouts so I'm expecting to burn at least 700 calories daily, but should I up my calories or stay the same?
